  • The Educational Policy Committee reviews and oversees any proposed changes to Wesleyan University's curriculum. As the Graduate Student Association (GSA) representative to the EPC it was my responsibility to attend weekly meetings, take minutes when it was my turn to do so, and vote on proposed motions with the best interests of the Graduate Student Association in mind.
  • The Prison Education Program is a community outreach program designed to help rehabilitate inmates by offering a Wesleyan education to those eligible. My role in the development of the Prison Education Program involved helping the faculty members of the PEP compose an assessment to screen applicants for math aptitude. I also assisted in evaluating the applicants based on the assessment results.
