- Work with Warehouse Manager on inventory counts and accurately maintain the FTZ area and inventory.
- Act as Company’s logistics liaison to customers; notify customers appropriately when inventory low, if there are issues with fulfillment or shipping, or to relay any known distribution issues to the customer
- Partner with internal & external IT departments (EDI, GP, Konnective, etc) to ensure all order processing is functioning without fail and without issue; problem solve with IT partners to address any issues or unforeseen complications; communicate all IT progress to CFO
