Assisted with implementing Repertoire, a computer software program, where Reps and advisors in the field can set up new accounts and submit the associated document images seamlessly to the backoffice for review. Any issues are noted and passed back to the rep, otherwise the account is approved and the documents can then be submitted to the vendor. With Repertoire, reps can see any compliance infractions on their transactions and correct them prior to the cycle. This helps to lessen and possibly eliminate calls to the back office. Repertoire provides rep reporting which will show them a listing of all the expenses charged through the Broker/Dealer, as well as keep them updated with their current 1099 status throughout the year. In order to stay compliant, a rep has to be licensed. During renewal season a rep can see all of their state registrations that are about to expire. But not only can they see the states, they can see all the business they have produced that year for each state. This gives them another powerful tool in their arsenal to let them make decisions on which states to renew. Repertoire allows access to everyone in your firm's hierarchy (assistants, representatives, managers, OSJ's, and back office staff). Representatives can use Repertoire to: • Access their clients' account and suitability information • Download their commission/fee statements (including historical) • View pending transactions for the current pay period • Store and retrieve client document images • Examine any compliance issues that may be holding commission/fee payments • Display and maintain their FINRA licenses Repertoire also includes a data bridge to Laser App's Broker-Dealer and Vendor forms so that they are automatically filled in with the client information, thus eliminating unnecessary duplicate entry s well as electronic signature through Laser App. I Trained over 100 Financial Representative on how to use these various software programs to streamline workflow as well as accounting. Worked with the Administrative Assistant on setting up conferences, ensuring hotels, flights, meeting areas, food and beverages, as well as any multi media needed was provided for all attendees.
