The current professional objective is to assist in the performance enhancement, health, and general well-being of golf athletes through the application of biomechanics, 3D technology, fitness screening assessments, exercise prescription and sports nutrition. I have a strong passion for helping young, developing athletes achieve their goals and can provide a wealth of knowledge and experience in sport in general as well as golf.

With years of industry experience I am highly skilled at handling all types of issues successfully and known for effective problem-solving and goal-oriented planning in the work place.

Director of Health and Athletic Development

International Junior Golf Academy - Bishops Gate

  • Overseeing the provision of physical training sessions (strength and conditioning) and the long-term athletic development of student golfers (70-95 Full-time athletes) in preparation for placement in the United States college system (ages 13-21 years)
  • Exercise prescription for those returning from injury; predominantly lower back, wrist/forearm, and lower limb
  • Goals included performance enhancement, building resilience, and creating discipline
  • Group and individual training; novice and advanced programs provided multiple sessions per week
