I was with Local Iron Workers Union 66, Pathways of Stability, One Source
I was with Ironworkers Local 66, on Executive Board for 4 of those years. I have been involved the recovery community for almost 7 years now basically as long as I’ve been sober, which has been since January 20, 2020. I enjoy helping others find freedom from alcohol and drugs, discovering that there is life outside of addiction. I help people recognize their strengths and build on them. I believe everybody is worth saving and capable of saving themselves when given the proper tools and motivation. It’s just allowing them to see their selves through another lens. I am very empathetic to mental health, illness and imp proficient in crisis intervention as well as de-escalation. Most people just want to be seen heard and valued so I believe in holding space for people and meeting them exactly where they are.
