• Contacting providers vendors were unable to work with - alleviate issues, obtain records
• Record review to determine if diagnosis and/or documentation sufficient to meet measure
• Coordinating with third party vendors to resolve pended work items

• Scheduling, payroll review, ordering, inventory and maintenance for three locations
• Completing daily, weekly and monthly paperwork required by HQ and NYS DEC

• Enroll/Change/Term member level benefits following company and state guidelines
• Contract worker supervision - Training, QC and work assignments
