Energetically driven and detailed oriented has allowed me to excel in my current position at Salem Cross. I quickly adapt to menu changes, which occur each season. I enjoy the creativity that comes with specialized diets, such a vegan or gluten-free, as there are so many options available today. Being prepared and organized is key to a successful work environment, and allows timely delivery of all menu options. Working with my other clients, cleaning and organizing for them and occasionally catering celebrations, grew organically from stepping in to help my own family. After my mother-in-law became ill, I became involved with cooking and cleaning for them on a weekly basis. After the news of this got out my client list grew very quickly and became a full-time business. I gained their trust and became quite fond of them through the years. They will gladly offer a reliable reference. I believe my attention to details, ability to prioritize, as well as being an effective communicator has given me a solid foundation to build my work experience.
