  • Provides ongoing support to physician candidates/new hires throughout entire process recruitment process. Participates in interviewing, contract negotiating liaison, medical staff and provider enrollment credentialing, HR orientation, department level onboarding and training.
  • Monitors provider coding levels to ensure maximization of professional services reimbursement.
  • Collaborates with Patient Experience Director ensuring all Physicians, APPs and Practice Managers receive patient communication/satisfaction coaching to enhance overall patient experience.
