  • Meeting Referred to Staffers (sent via email to all DMs, and Seniors Staffers)
  • Events Referred to Staffers (sent via email to all DMs, and Seniors Staffers)
  • Follow up on emails Acknowledgments/Attendees (who taking the Event or Meeting)
  • Uploading Briefing doc: (From assigned Events & Meeting)
  • Transfer Events/Meetings request of DM Mayors/Seniors Staffers to DMs Tracker
  • Remove request from DMs Tracker once briefing docs has been uploaded
  • Answer email inquiries question about RTS: Events & Meeting
  • Check for outstanding RTS assignments
