I began my career in the Reconfirmation Department, where I was responsible for verifying and reconfirming all online bookings in the system. I then transitioned to handling cases and emergency situations, ensuring swift resolution of urgent travel issues. Later, I gained experience in the Contracting Department, contributing to supplier agreements and operations. I eventually returned to the Reconfirmation Department as Team Leader, where I managed the team and oversaw daily operations.
