· Keck USC Cardiology Intensivist DNP Advanced assessment and decision-making skills that determines the diagnosis and treatment of acute, chronic, long-term cardiovascular health issues: uncontrolled hypertension, left ventricular hypertrophy, cardiomyopathy, heart failure stages A, B, C, and D, and treatment of acute onset and chronic cardiac arrhythmias and anticoagulation using evidence-based medical treatments indicated and individualized to the patient.

· Keck USC Cardiology-Intensivist DNP produces legible, accurate, and confidential medical records. Thoroughly documents all medical evaluations, diagnoses, treatments, patient outcomes, patient education, referrals, and consultations in the electronic medical record.

· Keck USC Cardiology Intensivist DNP utilizes electronic provider order entry. Consistently completes ROS/health history, social history, physical examination, and plan of care with pertinent information. Provide organized, efficient, effective, and timely healthcare.
