Karen Stark

Torrance,CA

Summary

My name is Karen Stark and I am a graduate of the ADN program at El Camino College Torrance campus. I am very interested and excited to be considered for the position as Renal Case Manager with Regal Medical Group. I have worked as a Dialysis Nurse for the past 5 years and although I continue to learn new things each day, I understand the hardships dialysis patients face in dealing with kidney disease. Through my experience, I have developed strong detail oriented skills and ability to coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team in making sure each patient receives good continuity of care and education for their best possible outcome. I will bring my experience in working with diverse communities, a strong passion for evidence based practice and an education that is rooted in patient-centered care. In addition to my nursing skills, I have strong customer service skills. My 20 years’ experience as a property manager has taught me how to provide excellent customer service to the public, problem solve complex issues, and be comfortable communicating with a diverse group of people. Objective: To gain experience and knowledge in a leadership capacity as an energetic and compassionate RN, and to utilize my skills learned in a manner that would provide excellent care to patients
