· Manage all building maintenance needs. Contacting landlord when repairs are needed. To ensure the trades are aware of what jobs need to be completed or fixed in a timely manner to make the facility Safe for all.
· Ensure that the facility is ready for all inspections including sanitation (health inspection, fire inspection, and Fats Oils and Grease which is regulated by the county I work in presently, to ensure that the city water stays free and clear of any waste entering he city water system.
· Completing fire and disaster drills live and on paper monthly. Document all drills on the appropriate forms. Provide a scenario for each drill to encourage consumers to recall ability.
· Maintain finances-keep track of facility spending or program spending turn in all receipts, balance all expenses not including facility bills, and invoices to the appropriate person in a timely manner. Follow a set company budget to ensure that all facility and consumer needs are met. Update the necessary team members of any budgetary needs outside of set budget.
· Maintain a professional relationship with Managed Care Organizations, providers, hospital team members, residential services providers, doctor offices, and other mental health providers.
· Effectively communicate to members, family members/legal representative approved by the state, staff, coworkers, supervisors, community stakeholders, management team, and all other providers
