  • Provide and organize in-services, mock codes, and collaborate with other members of the staff development team to share resources and tasks amongst the team. I forward opportunities for education available both at Cottage and in the area. Maintaining pertinent records.
  • Maintain education sites for multiple departments. Cine-Med-and Moderate Sedation.
  • Onboard new employees, develop new competencies and organize on-boarding tools to provide to new staff members, meeting with new staff periodically for check-ins to see whatever other resources they may need.
  • Work on policy reviews, produce new protocols policies as needed. Update EPIC as needed.
  • Clinical Practice Toolbar- Contributed to the development of new web page on employee portal providing pertinent documents, protocols, education resources.

  • Worked to Initiated the resurgence of Shared Governance in Cath Lab/EP/IR.
  • Creates presentations that are shared and utilized by the SS staff development team and general education department for assorted topics including but not limited to Healthy Workforce Environment, Shared Governance, Malignant Hyperthermia, Clipping and Consents.
  • Present topics and provide support to Leadership at all staff meeting. Participation in all other meetings professionally.
