· Develop, execute and manage policies and procedures governing the Compliance & credentialing program, including ensuring responsibility for team-focused best policies and practices.
· Managing The Joint Commission accreditation, certification, and verification of Quality Standards
· Applying NPL(Nursing Pool License) for new states, tracking and renewing existing NPLs and various Licensure and compliance requirements that can enhance the business growth
· Monitor the compliance and credentialing of multi-specialty providers to ensure active and
· valid documentation per company, client, and accreditation requirements. Measure credentialing-based drop offs and reduce percentage and turnaround time
· Create and implement the quarterly compliance training plan focusing on HIPAA, patient safety, quality candidates, and ethics
· Provide support and guidance to HCC program, detect suspicious activities, file reports with regulators, conduct ongoing audits and reduce any risks
· Keep abreast on all state, federal, and client regulations and requirements and relaying changes and updates to the organization
· As a Member of the Quality leadership team, participate in the Quality Metric review process, assess data for adverse trends, develop solutions, and oversee implementation related to area
· Act as a liaison and maintain a relationship and partner with clients, healthcare providers, and executive leadership, regarding compliance, onboarding, projects, meetings, deadlines, employee staffing and retention, and quality assurance
