Organizing and leading classes internationally (25 countries so far) on sculpting, armature building and design of edible works. These include cake, chocolate, sugar paste, isomalt,gingerbread, airbrush, painting, as well as armature building for large edible pieces, using wood, steel, galvanized pipe, threaded rod, and other materials.

Classes for adults and children.

Recently I have branched into teaching with non edible sculpting materials, including clay, sculpy, paper clay, fabrics, and other decorative elements.

Skills include leading students through completion of art pieces,, organizing materials for the classroom, international travel, project completion, and general direction of class experience.

I have also worked with Sugarin to design a line of Edible Artists' Oil Paints and OmniColors, manufactured in India, sold internationally
