Responsible for student enrollment and dis-enrollment documentation, and assisting families with online registration. Oversight of student information maintenance, data entry services related to student attendance accounting, evaluating transcripts, and processing report cards. Generating diplomas, preparing PLS for the end of year rollover, and preparing and submitting reports (immunization and GPA-CSAC) by deadlines. Assisting the Director with teacher roster assignments, re-enrollment and open enrollment processes, lottery functions and annual attendance reporting. Being the primary contact for new families seeking enrollment and receive students, teachers and parents in the school office to provide information.
Responsible for providing support during group lessons and classroom activities. Provide one-on-one support for students needing additional assistance and helping to improve their understanding of course material, and other assigned duties as needed.
Act as the primary contact in the Alturas Public Defender's Office, create client files, request and obtain court documents and law enforcement reports from applicable offices, file/track attorney filings and responses at the court house, weekly preparation of case files for the court calendar, compile monthly data of case statistics and dispositions into Excel and Word, data entry of client information into the File Maker Pro system, organize and maintain confidential file storage, submit office organizational reports, and end of the year case statistics to corporate headquarters, prepare case files for private investigator review, prepare redacted police reports for clients, and accounting, management and balancing of office finances.
