I have experience with property management as a landlord and i have studied California landlord-tenant laws,fair housing and credit reports for this. I also have extensive experience with special needs,handicapped,mentally disabled,low income and substance abuse cliental.

I have been homeless due to low income and i have also been incarcerated which meant having to complete drug and alcohol diversion classes,

 all tho that was way back in my past i still understand and know the many ways a person can experience these things. I have respect and compassion for every human and believe we all deserve to be treated equally and try my best to help in any way i can.
