Being a Kindergarten and 1st grade teacher at Royal Oaks (RO) Elementary in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin has been "home" for 15 years.

As a passionate, energetic academic professional, I am driven to promote student learning outcomes through engaging curriculum and innovative teaching techniques. I continue to be attentive to individual student requirements with expertise in adapting to varied learning modalities. I am also a lifelong learner, mom, wife, teacher, leader, innovator, and presenter.

My goal is to be a partner in the mindset shift of our education system and provide leadership that is innovative and equitable; leadership that helps create resourceful and knowledgeable, strategic and goal directed, purposeful and motivated humans. I also hope to partner with schools to help ALL learners succeed in and outside of their learning environments.
