Pioneer Service School is advanced training for volunteers who spend 840 hours annually in community Bible education and community outreach. Each student in PSS learns how to deal with challenges the ministry presents. It prepares students with skills in being more effective in personal study, teaching, and use of the Bible in education.
PSS contributes to the spiritual growth of attendees. Those who attend bring that to the community they serve. A six-day intensive course follows a year-long preliminary training as it covers contents of a 200+ page curriculum. The course includes development in improving skills that include; Bible education and application, volunteering, communications, counseling, public speaking, research.
