• Conduct testing and quality assurance on various electrical and electronic components to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards
• Perform a range of electrical tests including hipot (AC/DC), dielectric withstand (DWV), continuity, insulation resistance (IR), shorts, and capacitance to verify product integrity and safety
• Develop and execute test plans, test programs, and detailed test procedures for new product builds
• Design and validate custom test adapters for diverse product configurations and voltage levels
• Analyze test data, identify defects, and collaborate with engineering to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Lead root cause and failure analysis for defective units; generate and manage Corrective Action Reports (CARs) and present findings to customers when required
• Investigate and troubleshoot nonconforming products using both automated and manual testing techniques
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including standard procedures, rework procedures, and test methods
• Participate in MRB (Material Review Board) meetings and support disposition of nonconforming materials
• Track and document nonconformances per quality system protocols and contribute to internal audits
• Support development and revision of Rework Instructions and Work Instructions in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering
• Research and propose improvements to SCB test equipment to align with evolving customer requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, production, and quality to optimize product performance and reliability
• Assist in internal audits and ensure audit readiness across test and quality documentation

Certifications & Compliance:

• IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certified – Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies
• Familiar with NASA-STD-8739.4 – Crimping, Interconnecting Cables and Harnesses
• Knowledgeable in AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
