- Support enumerators’ training, including finalizing the training manuals, the protocols to minimize attrition (no replacements are allowed), selecting and managing interviewers, and developing instruction manual for the team leaders
- Support the survey firm in developing the field procedure plan
- The plan must establish a route for each team (date of expected village visit), taking into account the region and language and the daily quotas of interview
