  • Act as a focal point in the fields between the world bank, the safety nets unit, the survey firms in all communications
  • Assist survey firms in finalizing the programming of the questionnaire, including field pre-test of the instrument, consistency in questionnaires utilization
  • Support enumerators’ training, including finalizing the training manuals, the protocols to minimize attrition (no replacements are allowed), selecting and managing interviewers, and developing instruction manual for the team leaders
  • Support the survey firm in developing the field procedure plan
  • The plan must establish a route for each team (date of expected village visit), taking into account the region and language and the daily quotas of interview
