Catamaran – Technology company that developed high speed communications chips (Sonet protocol). Acted as a key member of the advisory board and introduced the deal to Redwood Ventures. Led the M&A (Acquisition) to Infineon Technologies for $250M with an MOIC of 30x. Invested in the company as an angel investor & became a board observer.

Imanage – Technology company which provided collaborative content management software to allow businesses to interact on relevant material within an enterprise. Awarded top 100 companies in knowledge/content management space. Invested in the company as an Angel Investor. Successfully exited the company during its (Initial Public Offering) IPO on the Nasdaq Stock Market at a $160M valuation, generating an MOIC of 40x.

Magma Design Automation – Technology company with presence in integrated circuit design including synthesis, placement, routing, power management, circuit simulation, verification and analog/mixed signal design. Played a key role as the main general partner in taking the company public. Successfully exited the company during its (Initial Public Offering) IPO at a $550M valuation, generating an MOIC of 20x.
