Beside all the duty's i perform that is with th AA job title.

Im, ambassador for all our staff mainly our PCT,I help them to understand there work load, answer there questions,help them with there schedule questions.

since I do their Schedules ,help Students so they can have the schedule they need,I also do API for our Unit ,daily maintenance,editing,emailing staff to let them know about there corrections ,have pay roll ready every 2 weeks for our manager

get our unit ready fro DNV ,make sure everything is in order

patients education material I also order from print shop and keep it sorted and by date

order our consents for MD ,make sure it is within the time range and not outdated .down time forms ,I order them and go trough out dated material and discard .I do the monthly audit for our Unit ,down time computers updated ,PPE ,Hygiene ,order our signs for the unit ,we need on the doors for patients ,help the RN and charge RN,and help my Manager anytime she needs help
