*Responsible for 16-20 pediatric and geriatric patients on Ventilators through the direct supervision of 2 CNAs encompassing:

- Dispensing of medications

- Vital signs

- Oxygen Therapy

- Wound care

- Application of dressings

- Tracheostomy care/ suctioning

- Nasopharyngeal and oral suctioning

- Insertion of catheters

- G- tube Feedings and care

- Glucose checks

* Administer control narcotics assuming full responsibility for possession of keys.

*Enforce regulations requiring the witnessed counting and charting of medications during a change of shift.

*Implement nursing care plans

* Report changes in patients' conditions and other matters of concern requiring prompt attention.

*Assessed, monitored, and documented patients' progress, symptoms, and vital signs.

- Vital signs

- Glucose and cholesterol checks

- Specimen collection ( Flu Test, Strep Test, Covid 19 test, Urinalysis Test )

- Immunization administration

- Blood collection

- Assessed, monitored, and documented patients' symptoms and vital signs on each visit.
