I have spent years in the service industry gaining rapport with clients, understanding and improving client satisfaction, and learning better and more efficient ways to complete assigned tasks effectively and expeditiously. I am committed to expanding my professional knowledge in administrative duties and fulfilling clients' needs with a company I can stand behind and respect.
My responsibilities included collecting and inputting medical history, scheduling appointments/procedures within their appropriate time frame, triaging patients, and handling communication between doctors, nurses, clients, and other hospitals. Working in an animal hospital has taught me patience in stressful situations and the importance of having a strong team. I went above and beyond my job requirements by assisting nurses and managers to ensure a harmonious work environment and to guarantee everyone gets home promptly.
I was tasked with communicating with guests, both in person and over the phone, and ensuring their satisfaction with orders and their experience. I excelled in an incredibly busy and fast-paced environment. On occasion, I ran the front of house alone and closed the restaurant nearly every shift.
F-6 is an organization that gives children with varying disabilities the chance to learn how to surf. I was lucky enough to be one of the many assistants in the field. Our overall goal was to motivate the children to understand that their disabilities won't inhibit them from adventuring and exploring new opportunities.
