Create, manage and delete VM snapshot and restore the VM from snapshot manager.

Engage in upgrade and patching activities of the servers and familiar with ITIL concepts and principles

Troubleshooting for the Failed services while performing deploying of VMs.

Manage production and non-production BMLS and PAS servers along with creating and working on tickets when potential alerts occur on the server and VMs.

Projects

Mar 2022 — May 2022 1. Employee rate attrition analysis - Brainswig Private Limited

Built a ML model in python using Logistic regression and Random Forest to model the probability of attrition and identified the key factors contributing to attrition. Data were summarized using descriptive statistics.

Mar 2022 — May 2022 2. Bank Loan modelling- Brainswig Private Limited

Built a machine learning model in Python using Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and Decision Tree and employed hypothesis testing with parametric tests (independent sample-t test), non-parametric tests

(MannWhitney test) and Chi- square test to identify customers who have a higher probability of purchasing loan and determined the most significant parameters affecting the purchase.

Jan 2019 — Apr 2019 3. Employee chat box using sentiment analysis.

In this project, we collect the users text messages and create a new log for that user every day. By doing this, we can easily predict the user’s mentality by using data mining concepts such as stemming and stop words techniques. It classifies the texts and gives negative or positive words with the help of polarity. Using this classification, organizations can predict the user’s needs and take necessary actions.
