Responsible for all local and regional marketing for the Assisted, Independent and Memory Care living for the sister communities of Lawton Senior Living and Holstein Senior Living. Additional responsibilities include quarterly marketing planning and adherence to the marketing budget, occupancy budget, and business to business call budget to referral resources, also recorded in Yardi One software. Heavy involvement in community activity planning and execution of those activities, and creating some of our social media postings and marketing materials. Making on site business to business sales calls within the region to medical communities, and other business referral sources, distributing promotional materials to the same. Identifying and problem solving within the community, and with our referral resources. Identifying and growing our referral resource base. Getting to know the residents of the communities and their families to develop this referral base. Acting as Chaplain for our residents, their families and the staff in times of crisis and resident deaths. Conducting community tours for prospects and walking them through community amenities, benefits and pricing. Remaining current on all training and regulations regarding senior living communities, and maintaining a basic understanding of Iowa Medicaid, and the process needed to be approved with an elderly waiver. Maintain up to date knowledge of what apartments are available in both communities, and recommend repairs.

I was the primary person involved with facility oversight and maintenance recommendations of 2 church parsonages and a 20,000 square foot main campus building, with its outbuildings and property, including direct oversight of an 8,000 square foot addition built in 2020, and a $20,000 parsonage remodel in 2024. Responsible for scheduling church owned vehicle maintenance. Also responsible for annual budget structure and adherence. Responsible for establishing, and staying on track with our mission, vision and values, through short and long term message direction, planning and execution. Responsible for oversight of all short and long term planning and execution of church related special events, and ministry programming. Responsible for the staff, eldership team, the congregation, and my personal spiritual, numerical and logistical growth. Responsible for ongoing training and development of staff.
