I've had a strong emphasis on industrial production and leadership in my work career so far. An adherence to production efficiency, quality, and safety protocols is essential to me. I'm always on the lookout for new information and new and improved ways of doing things.
I've been able to work in both team environments and also on my own with very little or no outside help. I see myself as a self-starter and worker when needed. I've also had leadership experience under both ideal circumstances and also challenging ones. In a leadership role I strive to bring out the best of everyone in the team to create the best outcomes together as a team.
