  • Job duties were, but not limited to, manage several projects at the same time from Chicago to Milwaukee and from Lake Geneva, WI to Fox Lake, IL and everywhere in between, establish project budgets, hire subcontractors, selecting materials with customers, scheduling with customers and subcontractors, filling out and submitting permit applications, training superintendents, work with insurance adjusters based on the insurance claim, scheduling and meeting with Building Inspectors, understanding the building code differences between Illinois and Wisconsin, working with engineers and architects, working on projects ranging from $5,000 to over a $1,000,000, preparing and submitting change orders or supplements, reviewing PO’s and subcontractors estimates, ordering and scheduling materials deliveries and returns, work with the mitigation team during demolition phase, reading blueprints, problem solving, documentation/notes into the RMS software for Insurance adjusters and customers, prepare weekly job summaries for customers and upper management, work in a fast paced environment to get customers back into their homes or businesses back into operation, understanding all phases of construction, establishing scope of work with Paul Davis Estimator prior to reconstruction start, etc.
