I maintain a clean and comfortable environment by vacuuming, cleaning windows, and dusting along with other maintenance to improve facility cleanliness, also use power scrubbing and waxing machines to scrub and polish floors. I follow certain tasks when school events and make sure everything is prepared at the time it has to be. I also responded to emergencies like spills or broken glass with speed and care, minimizing potential hazards for students and staff. sometimes we have to help the outside crew complete grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing grass, trimming bushes and removing debris.

As a Janitor for the Ramcor company at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center I did alot of sanitizing high-touch placed such as what they call the matt rooms used train. Vacuumed offices, took out the trash, disinfected and ect. I always maintained a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with building occupants, promoting a respectful work environment.

when working in the cafeteria I learned to be in any position i was most needed at such as assistant cook, as a server. as dish washer, and even at the salad bar area. Working in the cafeteria i learned all these positions and their duties such as sometimes having to read or remember recipes then other times serving. Working in the cafeteria taught me how to talk to people in a courteous manner, and learn how to handle tough situations by staying calm and helping the customers maintain satisfied. I assisted in training new staff members, sharing best practices for success in the role of Cafeteria Worker. Always Improved customer satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service in the cafeteria.

As a house keeper I had to maintain a routine to not get behind since i had to be done at certain times. Made sure everything was restocked and clean for the trainees. vaccumed and organized their stuff, changed the sheets made sure the showers were clean, etc.
