Associacao Paulista Cirurgioes Dentistas, established in 1911. As a Professor, I taught basic patient care including, but not limited to, greeting, coordinating appointments, treatments, and maintenance plans, as well as other office management skills, such as administrative duties, inventory control/requirements, dental-specific computer applications, and maintenance of patient files. Also, how to assist a Dentist with a variety of dental procedures, with a primary focus on the preparation of the surgical room, sterilization of all tools and equipment, both before and after surgeries and/or procedures, and equipment/tool organization. Oral radiograph set up, procedures and handling, as well as the importance of ongoing patient wellness and education. I continually monitored and observed each student’s strengths and efficiency, which allowed me to aid them integrate their newly learned skills into all procedures within each of their workplaces, as each dental office has their own policies and procedures.

• Straight-forward Pediatric Endodontics.
•Tooth extractions such as wisdom teeth, or other teeth when required as a last resort.

•Endo-restorative procedures - removing and replacing an existing root canal that was done many years ago but has broken down and become compromised.
•Micro-restorative procedures - post root canal when required to further prevent the need for tooth extraction.
•Ongoing teaching/training of my developed method of surgical room prep/equipment/instrument sterilization processes.

•Expertise use of the optical microscope device, decreasing patient appointment times for lengthy procedures.
•Skilled use of Loupes magnification during complex procedures.

• Interpreted X-rays to make accurate diagnoses and treatment decisions.
• Evaluated performance of all clinical staff to deliver constructive feedback and acknowledge strengths resulting in better working relationships and performance improvements.
• Extracted teeth, performed root canals, and filled cavities with dedication to pain management.
• Conducted thorough patient examinations while screening for jaw and tongue cancers by inspecting teeth and soft oral tissues.• I was often their first call due to my multi-skill capabilities within general dentistry and endodontics.
