At our District office I am responsible for recruiting for new staff for 41 Agents around the state as well as succession planning for Agents that are looking at leaving and selling their book of business. I am responsible for vetting candidates and then once the candidate is hired, I walk them through the on boarding process, initiate contracts and start them on training material.
When Agents call with customer issues that they are not able to resolve, I take them and escalate to a higher tier for resolution. I help Agents and customers with insurance policy questions, claims and underwriting decision.
