Provide and support clients with skills for independent living for kids with disabilities following the assigned goals from the DDD-Dept of Developmental disabilities and parents Monitor client progress through observation, data collection, and program documentation.Provide support to clients during transitions.Encourage positive behavior through positive reinforcement strategies such as verbal praise or reward systems.Protected client rights and assisted individuals to achieve maximum independence.Maintain accurate records of services provided including treatment notes, evaluations.
