
BIO Karla Rosales was born in Tucson, Arizona and has 3 beautiful children. She’s been married for over 29 years to Stephen Rosales. Her husband served in the United States Air Force where she was able to travel the world and meet many beautiful people and cultures. Her passions in life are food, family, and to enrich other people's lives. She has been in the sales industry since 1997. She averaged over $800k a year in sales while working at Sears selling appliances. From there she moved onto Dillard's where she worked for Estée Lauder as a Beauty Advisor for 5 years. There she demonstrated makeup techniques and products that met client’s needs while maintaining a sales quota. Afterwards, Karla transitioned to Nova Home Loans as a Business Developer where she maintained customer relationships and brought revenue to her department. She is currently a manager at Origins where she enjoys meeting new people and improving team synergy and moral. Karla is very involved with the community where she volunteers her time to her church and her daughter’s school. She loves to organize and dedicate her time to people. From dedicated wife and loving mother to sales associate and Beauty Advisor, Karla Rosales strives for perfection in everything she does and is excited to take on new challenges. CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES As a store manager, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store and making sure it runs smoothly and efficiently. Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business plans, developing promotional material, and training new staff. My responsibilities for my store are: Doing schedules and releasing payroll. Posting new jobs opening for the store. Resolving customer problems. Coaching on sale floor and role playing. Offering every customer that come in for our special mini facial. Schematics are up each month or for any special events. Making calls to our customer happens each day, it can be for thanking them for coming in.We have an event that going to happened or replenishing there products. Monthly goal are set for each team member. Quarterly and yearly reviews with each team member. Transfer merchandise to other stores. Communicating with my team and my DM is very important. Putting away merchandise /talking it down Attending zoom calls every Monday Making sure my business plan is done every month. And most important the store is ready for business each day.
