Pulled credit, ran DU & LP, pulled certificate of eligibility for VA files. Pre-approved the file, priced it and locked it. Requested escrow fees, ordered appraisal, property profile, tax roll and requested HOI quotes. Requested initial disclosures and sent introduction emails to agents. Completed the submit to processing checklist in encompass. Submitted the loan files to set up team. Assisted processor with requesting prior to close conditions if needed. Maintained excellent communication with Real Estate Agents, loan officer, clients and processors.

Tracked all leads, and followed-up with referral business partners. Completed 1003 as well as followed-up with documents to complete Pre-approvals. Met with Borrowers to sign disclosures, collect documents etc. Pre-qualified clients, sent pre-approval letters and discussed loan options. Ran DU/LP and collected PTD's conditions from borrowers.

Fixed minor issues with slot machines, changed paper, paid out jackpots and handled guest disputes. Carried a pouch to give change and cash tickets. Due to my exceptional guest service I was selected to remain working in High Limit Room. Carried a radio and provided excellent communication with my team. Worked independently with little to no supervision. Attention to detail and accuracy.
