Work with State Department of New Mexico's Early Childhood Department to ensure that Shining Stars Preschool is meeting all of the requirements set forth by the state of NM. This includes reporting schoolwide data, completing compliance documents throughout the year to show the implementation of PreK requirements, helping to manage the ongoing communication between RRPS, ECECD, and SSPS, and working collaboratively with the principal Kim Johns to create a process within our school that addresses the requirements set forth by the State of New Mexico Early Childhood Department.

Responsible for providing school wide discipline to 3Y and 4Y students at SSPS. This includes being a member of the Star Team which frequently responds to kids in crisis and help support teachers with whatever they may need to ensure the safety of the student, teacher, and classmates.
