I am a hardworking person who loves to help people to make sure they are the happiest they can be when I am helping them out. For about three years I have always had two jobs and at times I had three. I am determined to make others feel safe and heard so they get the best care possible that they need. I have good communication skills, problem solving skills, and working under pressure. I have great customer service and I am able to interact with people to make them pleased with their visit at whichever job it may be. I get along with all of my coworkers and bosses. It is important to me to have a good relationship with those people to make the workplace a better environment.
I currently run the front end of the store but I am trained in many different things. I am able to cashier, be in the self-checkout area, be in the courtesy booth and also be a head cashier. As a customer service specialist our goal is to provide the best care possible to the people in the store to make sure they are satisfied with their visit at the store. We also have to make sure our employees are taking care of and get what they need while they are at work. Many different things get thrown at you in this workplace and you have to be able to react quick to make sure everything is taken care of.
I started off as a hostess at Villa Rose. I would sit people at their tables and inform their waitresses that they had a table. I would clean tables, fold napkins, wipe glass and silverware. After three years of being a hostess I moved up to waitressing. I am able to handle a decent amount of tables while providing the best service possible for my customers. I like to engage in conversations with my customers to make their experience better! I always provide an answer when asked a question by a table to ensure that they know what they will be eating and what comes with it.
