- Assist Account Manager of Staffing in the full range of recruiting and capital management efforts.
- Serving as the first point of contact with candidates in the recruiting process.
- Coordinate department interviews.
- Contact references for prospective hires.
- Building relationships with hiring managers in order to maximize recruiting.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external executives and candidates.
- Enter new hire information to the Prism system and also administer background checks prior to the start date.
- Screening and sourcing resumes.
- Contacting and following up with potential candidates via phone and email.
- Creating and maintaining files such as personnel, employee services, and I-9, background checks, and drug screenings.
- Carry out special projects as assigned by the Account Manager with minimal directions.
