  • Addresses employee needs by creating an education plan, targeting identified deficiencies
  • Identifies specialties within the hospital where continuing education is required or desirable

  • Tracking complete list of internal/external actions for the directorate to ensure all actions are completed in a timely fashion
  • To ensure total completion of the HRO Baseline course for 1,243 local staff and supervisors, run periodic item completion status reports for the director’s office and directly email all managers with staff still due
  • If required, provide an excel spreadsheet to managers to track completions
  • The result is over 90% of hospital staff will have completed the HRO Baseline training by the due date
  • Analyzing requests for information for the assigned directorate to include time-sensitive requests, special projects, or special reports
  • Analyze the best method of assigning TMS courses based upon the number of staff required to take it and then proceed with creating the project by established deadlines
  • Works independently on projects and consults subject matter experts to ensure all needs are being met
  • Most significant project to date is the assignment of Basic Life Saving (BLS RQI) to staff within the Milwaukee domain, requiring the creation of an Assignment Profile to track the assignment to individual areas of the hospital properly
  • So far, the Assignment Profile has 82 established rules, each of those rules containing specific job position IDs and Organization IDs
  • The result is that particular staff, 1,531 so far, are receiving the proper course on a recurring basis
  • Participated in three User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
  • Select group of users are provided a script to run through, testing changes to the operation of TMS to ensure they function as needed
  • When items fail, they are noted on script and brought to attention of UAT coordinator/s.
  • Assessed additional needs based on training progress and collaborated with management to meet requirements.
  • Spearheaded updates to existing training materials to maintain relevance with industry best practices and evolving organizational needs.

  • If there were follow-up requests from any of the Generals and Commanders, we would provide that information to them with a quick turnaround time
  • Developed and implemented a digital intelligence read book to replace binders requiring daily reams of paper
