I worked as an assistant manager at the outdoor pool in Fox Lake through the YMCA, and I did a lot to keep things running smoothly. I always looked for ways to make things more efficient and made improvements when needed. I made sure my team communicated well, which helped us work together and solve problems easily. I focused on making our customers happy by providing quick service and addressing any concerns right away.Safety was a big part of my job, so I regularly inspected the facility to catch any potential hazards before they became issues. I also stepped up to support the Main Manager when they were away, taking on their responsibilities without any problems. I managed a team of over 12 employees and kept up my skills in first aid and CPR to help anyone in need.
