Research Experience (at Westfield State)- Effect of THC on the Response of Differentiated THP-1 Macrophages. Presented results at CURCA and MassURC

- WST-1 assay was performed to determine if THC affected cell viability or proliferation. THP-1 macrophages pretreated with THC were infected with E. coli in vitro and a standard gentamycin protection assay was performed. ELISA, Pipetting skills, Cell culturing
