Senior Scope (2023–Present)
- Serve as speechwriter for the President, drafting or contributor to remarks for College Ceremonies, Board of Trustees meetings and events, Advancement engagements, campus and and community forums, and external events
- Co-lead planning and execution of high-profile events including Commencement, Charter Day, Honorands Dinner, the President's Medal, and inauguration-related programming.
- Coordinate institutional awards processes, including Honorary Degrees, Trustee Excellence Awards, and the President's Fellows program
- Manage presidential calendar strategy, event logistics, and communications in partnership with senior staff and executive assistant
- Serve as liaison to Advancement and Communications, ensuring alignment between the President's Office and external messaging strategy
- Provide administrative oversight and documentation for grant-funded initiatives, including successful submission of Luce Foundation report
- Represent the President's Office on cross-campus working groups and search committees; maintain office operations during leadership transitions
- Lead and support cross-functional presidential priorities, including strategic projects, task forces, and donor- and trustee-facing initiatives.
- Prepare executive briefing books, stakeholder and donor profiles, background research, and board-level materials to inform presidential decision-making.
- Serve as liaison to Advancement and Communications, ensuring alignment of presidential messaging with fundraising, external relations, and institutional priorities.
Expanded Responsibilities & Institutional Leadership (2020–2023)
- Assumed increased responsibility for executive communications, event leadership, and institutional coordination during periods of staffing gaps and organizational transition.
- Provided administrative and project oversight for grant-funded initiatives, including successful reporting to the Luce Foundation.
- Played a central role in major institutional initiatives, including bicentennial planning and campus-wide programming.
Foundational Role & Office Operations (2017–2020)
- Supported day-to-day operations of the President's Office, including complex calendar management, correspondence, and event preparation.
- Conducted research and prepared briefing materials for meetings with trustees, alumni, donors, and civic and higher education partners.
- Maintained sensitive institutional records and handled confidential communications with discretion and professionalism.
