I was responsible for receiving customers, serving them, making their drinks and foods such as fruit salads and other cold snacks. I packed takeout food and took care of online orders from different platforms such as Doordash, UberEats and grubhub. I was in charge of cleaning the dining room and my entire work area with the corresponding sanitation measures for the safety and health of clients.
But my greatest responsibility was to provide excellent customer service, welcoming them with a smile and a friendly attitude, making the customer leave the place happy, satisfied and wanting to return.

As part of the McDonalds crew I was working in different areas as necessary, I adapted and learned new skills quickly.
I was on the grill and helped with food safety, I also worked on the line making the burgers as well as taking care of the ovens, I have experience handling hot foods.
Work as part of the drive thru team taking orders, collecting money, preparing as well as delivering the order along with drinks and complements such as napkins, sauces and extras. i have experience dealing with all types of clients.
I learned how to prepare different types of drinks while taking orders.
I gained the ability to work under pressure by having to deal with at least 100 customers during my shift. Teamwork was key to achieving our goal, delivering your order in less than 5 minutes.

During my time as a kitchen assistant I cut, prepared and stored vegetables, fruits and meats (chicken, tuna, beef) I learned the menu with more than 20 different dishes. Work systematically, keeping an order for each order, giving priority to the corresponding orders.
My job was to finish the dishes by assembling and adding the complement (salad/fruit)
After a few months working, they moved me to the smoothies/bowls area where I learned to prepare all kinds of drinks and snacks (coffees, acai bowls, fruit salad, tostilocos, etc.) over time I was able to take care of all areas, including the counter. , collecting and delivering orders.
By working at a local business I gained the experience of making customers feel at home, working as a team, and the importance of taking care of a business.

While working in a wholesale and retail store I was in charge of organizing all the products (clothes, blankets, underwear) and keeping everything clean and orderly, my job was also to sell so from the moment a customer entered I would greet them and I offered to help him find what he needed and giving him several options, showing new products and creating a context behind each garment so that the client could see the vision and potential of each garment, for me attitude is important and even the smallest Detail makes all the difference in the buyer's experience. Something simple like learning the client's name shows that we care and that it is important to us.
Definitely a job that teaches you to be organized and disciplined.
