INSPIRE IO is an infrastructure outsourcing domain where the costing is analyzed and calculated for Accenture employees as well the machines of users. AZURE Devops is used for tracking the actions. Support requests also handled by the testers.Organized and controlled testing processes to ensure high-quality software delivery

• Defined the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery
• Applied appropriate test measurements and metrics within the product and testing team
• Created test scripts, prepared test data, and executed test cases
• Tracked and reported defects using Azure DevOps and JIRA
• Responsible to perform complete STLC life cycle like preparing Test Plan documents, Test Design, Test Execution and Test Closure documents
• Responsible to perform all types of testing like Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, UAT, Performance Testing, Regression Testing
• Good knowledge of TOSCA scanning methods and TOSCA test suite.

Project Name: Emblem Health

EmblemHealth is one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit health insurers, serving more than three million people in New York City and the tristate area. Transformation project is to replace an existing application Qcare with FACETS in order to add the new functionalities. The new functionalities were lays under Membership, Billing and Claims modules.

• Implemented and conducted manual testing according to specified test plans and scenarios
• Engaged in continuous learning and skill development through training sessions and workshops
• Involved in requirement analysis, test design, test execution, and defect management processes
• Developed test planning, traceability matrices, and established test environments
• Led a testing team offshore, ensuring maximum accuracy in delivery
