• Completed course on “5G NR Technical overview” offered by Qualcomm. The course covered the contents about Introduction to 5G NR, 5G NR Network Architecture, mmWave, Beamforming & Massive MIMO, Physical layer, NR Upper Layers, Mobility, Voice and Deployment Considerations.

Canny Edge detection using Raspberrypi

• Performed multi-threading on Raspberrypi using programming methods: 1) OpenMP and 2) pthreads. The simulations were tested for different input sources such as input image, real-time camera captured image and real-time video, using C and C++ as the programming languages.
• These methods introduced parallelism into our application and decreased the run time, with OpenMP giving the best performance.

Canny Edge detection in SYSTEM C

• Scripted various parts of a Canny edge detector into smaller modules, implementing pipelining and parallelism with a overall goal of reducing the run time and making the script hardware compatible.

Phase locked loop using Cadence in VLSI design

• Designed a phase locked loop circuit in Cadence using CMOS.
• The fours parts of the design namely Phase detector circuit, low - pass filter, Voltage controlled oscillator and divide by N counter were simulated and interlinked to form the complete working model of a PLL circuit.
