Responsible for the coordination of ongoing infrastructure and streetscape improvements in the downtown district and communicating those impacts and improvements to downtown merchants and property owners
Supported the development of a Business Improvement District for downtown Livingston, MT, which was implemented in 2001.

Re-established the four Main Street Committees to continue to exist as a Main Street Community under the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Main Street Program
Initiated a pilot program for a downtown gift card program as well as an historic walking tour of Farmington’s historic district for merchant distribution to tourists and community members
The gift card program and the historic walking tour brochure achieved awards for Marketing and Promotions from the State New Mexico Main Street program
Initiated and facilitated two weekly music programs to attract people to the historic commercial district which ran weekly throughout the spring, summer and early fall
Facilitated six major street festivals within the historic district to include music, food vendors, artists and entertainment.
