- Re-established the four Main Street Committees to continue to exist as a Main Street Community under the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Main Street Program
- Initiated a pilot program for a downtown gift card program as well as an historic walking tour of Farmington’s historic district for merchant distribution to tourists and community members
- The gift card program and the historic walking tour brochure achieved awards for Marketing and Promotions from the State New Mexico Main Street program
- Initiated and facilitated two weekly music programs to attract people to the historic commercial district which ran weekly throughout the spring, summer and early fall
- Facilitated six major street festivals within the historic district to include music, food vendors, artists and entertainment.
