PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR-GRADUATE MEDICAL EDUCATION
- Manage the day-to-day operations of four graduate medical education programs
- Provide oversight to 17 fellows and 3 residents ensuring adherence to the ACGME requirements, including work hours, up-to-date certifications, and procedure numbers
- Organize and facilitate candidate interviews using a multi-tiered interview structure including collaboration with key stakeholders
- Execute Program Letters of Agreement between teaching sites while maintaining accreditation standards for all programs
- Forecast yearly budget and expenditures for the different programs, ensuring all costs are allocated for while collaborating with finance and program leaders
- Analyze fellow/resident trends and evaluations to make recommendations to program leadership
- Lead onboarding process for residents in cooperation with HR, and corporate office
- Manage the orientation process for residents and fellows to ensure education in responsibilities, requirements, and expectations
- Coordinate with Chief Fellow/Resident to maintain and distribute rotation schedules, call schedules, vacation/leave schedules and meeting schedules
- Arrange and track all required resident in-training exams and certification courses
- Coordinate bi-annual Clinical Competency Committee and Program Evaluation Committee meetings; compile and submit minutes and reports to all stakeholders.
