• Regularly volunteer at free clinics for immunization administrations, attend local schools to provide specified education and presentations regarding a variety of topics, provide nursing and medical education at local churches (BP checks, blood sugar checks, medication management education).

• All respiratory needs (management of ventilators, trachs, bi-paps/c-paps, various oxygen delivery masks, assisting in intubations, interpreting ABGs, management and administration of various respiratory medications).
• All cardiac needs (reading and interpreting EKGs and various rhythms, use and interpretation of arterial lines and arterial readings, caring for post-surgical CABG patients and post catheterization patients, following facility STEMI protocol, interpreting cardiac labs, management and administration of various cardiac medications).
• All trauma needs (stabilization of traumatic injuries, fluid resuscitation, assisting with intubation and all aspects of ACLS and life support, insertion of IVs and administration of various medications needed for stabilization and pain control, communicating with alternative hospitals to transfer to higher level of care, as needed, and coordinating Medevac transfers (ground and air) on an urgent basis.
• All stroke/head trauma needs (assessment of stroke symptoms, assisting with STAT CTs, following facility stroke protocol, such as administration of tPA and other medications, etc., care of post stroke patients and the potential surgeries that follow, monitoring ICPs and CSF drains.
• All psychiatric needs (stabilization of acute suicidal patients, management and administration of various psychiatric drugs, implementation of excellent communication skills with patients with a wide variety of psychiatric diagnoses).
• Experienced in Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) and the thorough and compassionate treatment of these patients.
• All COVID-19 needs (assessing patients for COVID based on symptoms, testing patients for COVID, implementing and managing infection control practices, providing up-to-date education to staff, communicating with Department of Health regarding changes in regulations regarding COVID.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications.
• Obtaining CCRN and Certified Emergency Nurse Specialization in near future.
