Compassionate Medical Assistant with prior pediatric hands-on clinic experience supporting pediatric providers by delivering high-volume rooming, vaccine administration, electronic charting, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation. Now enrolled in an accelerated nursing program and pursuing to join a pediatric team to expand competencies in care coordination, strengthen evidence-based practice, procedural support, and quality/safety measures. My primary goal as future team member is to increase patient satisfaction and efficiency in patient care while utilizing my existing skills and training. I can contribute immediately to safe, age-appropriate care and continue building toward a cross-trained pediatric nursing role, bringing strong clinical judgment, cultural humility, and advocacy for child wellness and prevention. Concurrently, I will seek additional responsibilities to expand my knowledge base and gain new capabilities.
